Collier with the nice rebound. She is active. Great Timeout, coach Geno.

These little stretches of Collier are what I figured she could do even just coming into college. It hasn't happened as fast as that, but it will happen consistently soon enough (as soon as next year).

Collier right now reminds me of Morgan in the 2013 NCAA Tournament. She is very productive with the minutes she gets, just coming in and making plays.

Too bad Texas didn't show this much fight in their meetings with Baylor. They may have won one of them. Baylor just owned them this year.
They are being very physical with Stewie whenever she gets near the basket. Nice job of Lou & Napheesa responding.

A bit of foul trouble for UConn, which is extremely rare. Tuck, Moriah, and Gabby with 2 fouls each.

Tuck will be the warrior starting the second half.
Collier showed up big so far. Love it!

I hate to say it, but if you told me UConn would shoot 61% in the first half, including 7 of 12 3-pointers, I'd have expected the Huskies to have blown the game away completely by now. A few too many open looks for Texas (although I think this got better toward the end of the half), and UConn committed a few too many fouls. It'll be interesting to see whom Moriah comes out of halftime guarding and how much Geno goes back to that zone in the second half.

Sorry, I tell it like it is.
Classic, knee-jerk, stereotype response of a sour puss poster - "I'm jes' tellin' it like it is! You guys have rose-colored glasses!"

Well, sometimes that's true - but, this is a pretty knowledgeable bunch of posters, and, sometimes, the guy crying "boo-hoo" just gets off crying "boo-hoo".

That's up for debate.
