….and not one of them over 6’2! Younger generation of Boneyarders don’t always realize that.

Another piece was Williams was the #1 recruit coming out of HS at that time!

Tamika shot .759 in 2000-01 and .703 for her career. Both are UConn records by a wide margin. Phee, who had the 4th best season, shot .678 in 2016-17, but Tamika had seasons of .759, .714, and .704. Kara Wolters has the 2nd best career mark at .628; Phee is 3rd at .613, followed by Tina, Azura, Gabby, and Stef.

Tamika may not have had enough attempts to qualify for the official NCAA single-season record. Myndee Kay Larsen of Southern Utah is listed as the single-season record-holder at .724. Tamika does have the career record at .703. Second is Deneka Knowles at .681.

Shooting .700 or better in insanely efficient!

Geno said the reason Tamika had those FG% numbers was because she camped in the paint.

'The Mayor' said it was because she used her big butt to push others out.
