strange coincidence

I was just watching some old Uconn final four games and I noticed that at the end of the duke game in 2004 and kentucky game 2011 that they both hit three pointers at the buzzer that had no meaning but made the scores only 1 point victory...Not a real important blurb here, just thought it was interesting.

The interesting thing about the Duke game is that, because we were favored by 2.5, their meaningless 3 at the buzzer actually switched the cover from us to them. Well over $50 million changed hands as a result of that shot. One of the worst (or best) beats in sports gambling history.

We were actually underdogs in the Kentucky game, so it didn't matter either way.
