Storm point guards Sue Bird and Temeka Johnson will lead their Russian teams against each other for the domestic league’s championship. Bird’s UMMC Ekaterinburg swept Dynamo Moscow (Lindsay Whalen, Kristi Toliver) in a best-of-three semifinal series to advance. Bird had 12 points and nine assists in the Game 2 win. Phoenix All-Star Diana Taurasi led with 19 points.
