Game started out very intense & competitive. 20-12 SC now. Dawn says this is a much bigger game that CT - conference championship on the line tonight.

I don't disagree with Dawn. The UCONN game was a great barometer to see how far behind UCONN they are. But UCONN is not in their league, Tennessee is something like 50-3 vs. SC, and SC hasn't won the SEC in I don't know how many years (have they ever won it - season AND SEC championship?).

Tennessee hanging on by the skin of their teeth. To their credit their jump shots have been falling, but they are getting creamed in the post.

At least 3 dreadful calls by the refs - all against SC. Clean blocks called fouls, etc. Surprising that the refs are getting it wrong at SC. The announcers said "the game is too fast for the refs". They aren't wrong!

Admittedly, Magy, I only saw a bit of the first half, because I had the UConn game as my main focus. But, in the few minutes I've watched of the second half, there's been a lot of missed short shots.

Anyone else notice how South Carolina is routinely playing one post at a time and extra guards. Dozier is getting a lot of time.

Smart move on Dawns part as she knew Tennessee would play small ball and the vols don't have a big to match Coates. And Welch is just cleaning up rebounds.
