Can't win when the other guard, Evans, can't score and NG And OC were missing in action. Still we had a VG shot to win before we turned the ball over the last two times. Evans TO was really horrible. This game shows how badly we need SN. Also if he leaves we really need another PG.

I know that all these guys are giving their effort, but I just don't get how you think Boatright played well. Turns it over at an alarming rate and is frequently either out of position or driven right by when he is defending! So, I agree we need another guard or two, but here's hoping they take some of his minutes.

Without Boatright we lose by double digits. He had a humongous task today and couldn't complete it. He tried, just not ready.

Had we won would this board cut him some slack?

Seriously, just a steamy hot pile. We were without Shabazz and the team still competed the whole way. Boatright is a soph, he is not an All-American, but he left it all on the court. And we get posters wanting to recruit over him?
Unbelievable!

Hey he has his faults and so does everyone else......as stated above a lot was on his shoulders and early he played too fast but found a way to slow it down and keep us in this game.......and he hit all but 1 FT so what else would you like from the kid?

Imagine NO Shabazz, Giffey stops playing because of a busted finger and Omar makes only the 1st 3 points of the game and we have the ball and are down 1 with 20 seconds left??? Don't think you could've thought that unless you were cocked..............team has huge balls!!

He was 4-13 with a ton of turnovers.

Had we started Evans or Allen, yes we would lost by double digits, but that doesn't mean he played well. The fact he was bad today, big task or not

14-15 FT's and didn't have any other back court support.

22 pts on 13 FG attempts is a good scoring efficiency.
