Potential UConn MLB draft picks

The New England baseball journal has what they think are the top 10 New Englanders who could be drafted this summer. Three have UConn connections.
Bobby Melley is considered the #5 New Englander to be chosen. They said he had an up and down summer in the Cape league.
Ron Rossomando an incoming pitcher from Bunnell high is #7. Said to be a man among boys.
Very surprising was Devin Over as #9. He has hardly played in his 3 years at UConn. It said he threw in the mid 90's in the Northwoods league this summer. He could be a closer this season.
Two other surprises were the omission of Carson Cross and Blake Davey. Both should be drafted.

Definitely agree with Devin Over being a surprise at #11. Still, Over had to deal with arm injuries which pretty much kept him sidelined from pitching his first two seasons at UConn. From what I can remember, Penders said in an interview prior to last season that he was surprised when Over told Penders that his arm was feeling good prior to last season and that he wanted to try pitching again.
