12. Today is 3/14/15, the first five digits of pi.

Actually what makes this one special is that 9:27 am (rounded) is the once-a-century 3/14/15 9:26:53 (3.141592653).

By the way this only works in the US where we put the month in front of the day i.e. 3/14; in the military and most of the rest the world the day precedes the month (or year comes first), and neither the 3rd day of the 14th month, nor the 31st day of the 4th month are possible.

The original π day and the one "celebrated" in the rest of the world is actually July 22nd; which in day before month is 22/7, and 22 divided by 7 is the mathematical approximation of pi.

Pi Day is also Albert Einstein's birthday.

(Pi day doesn't exist in the rest of the world because they consider the date 14 March 2014

6..Our posters are the cream of the crop, but sometimes their minds are stuck in a room.

9..And it also produces red blood cells.

8..Geordi, et al, can you expand on the significance?

13..Neither the Stones' Heart of Stone, nor the 50's hit "Hearts Made of Stone (doo di wa doo di wa) will never break"
capture a romance. For that you need the odd wording of a 70's r&b group who had style.

Not really! I just kinda remember from a trip to Alaska that someone was saying that the current glaciers up there were the remnants of the Laurentian glacier that was much bigger at some point. I assume the other two were something similar.
