Coach Berube has her team in the D3 final four again. Not sure how or why Carla has not moved up the coaching ladder. Then again it is not for everyone but the talent sure seems to be there to do so.

I applaud people who do not allow themselves to be party to the 'Peter Principle' (that employees are promoted to the point of their incompetence at which point they either hurt the entity for which they are employees or are fired) and the corollary that people pursue advancement to a level beyond their ability or contentment. Berube has found a level of coaching in which she is both challenged and feels fulfilled at this stage of her life, not unlike CD. More power to them and all the others that recognize that the proverbial grass is just fine where they are.

If they win Saturday and I hope they do.Is waiting 15 days to play the NC game.IMO that stinks for both teams.The Ncaa should start the womens a week earlier and play the NC game on the monday before the championship for the men.The womens tournament will truly be March Madness and with the womens game on Sunday before the mens.The national media will virtually drop the women the next day for this year.Go Jumbos hope to see you April 3.
