Ode to Joy. Fabulous! Everyone is smiling ... and with good reason. What a treat!

I have the pleasure of a string quartet at a wedding today. A lot of Bach. What I need is an Ode to the 100 Degree Weather to help cool the crowd for the outdoor service. It's all good, however, since the groom is as close as I have to a son. A great day with exceptional music.

The music itself is the 4th movement from his 9th symphony (choral).

And it wasn't actually a "flash" mob. More like a "slowly stroll up" mob. (its kinda hard to "flash" with a cello or timpani) :)

Who wouldn't want to be serenaded by an orchestra playing Grieg's "Morning Song"? The flute player is heavenly...
