. . . I got to thinking about foods and dishes. Started with Brussels sprouts (Belgium in the news lately), and that triggered thoughts about other edibles or libations named for places on a map. Here are a few that leaped to mind:
Buffalo wings
NY strip steaks
Canadian Bacon
Swiss cheese
Baked Alaska
Bologna
(but not for Thanksgiving)
Frankfurter (ditto)
Swedish meatballs
Champagne

I'm sure there are many more, so 'Yarders, here's your chance. When responding, add some to my starter list. Enjoy, and now...

GO!

Stuff your bird with buffalo wings, preferably hot; goes well creamed onions.

Some more I can think of:

Worcestershire sauce --- sometimes shortened to Worcester sauce
Dover sole — a fish named after Dover
Baked Alaska — named in 1876 to celebrate the purchase of the Alaska territory

French toast. Parmesan and Romano cheese. In fact, any number of cheeses and wines.

Pretty much every french wine is specific to location and most fortified wines:
Port - Oporto
Cognac
Armagnac
Burgundy
Bordeaux
etc.
And one of my favorite drinks the Manhattan

Kudos on the Manhattan - wish I had thought of that.

I believe that your Manhattan becomes properly mixed when a Maraschino cherry is added. BTW, it is correctly pronounced ma-ra-SKEE-no (NOT ma-ra-SHEE-no).

Capeche? ;)
