UK has shot the ball very well this tournament, but prior to the tournament they were an average shooting team. However, they have been an outstanding offensive rebounding team. In fact, they are the best at in the country, they rebound about 43% of their misses while we get 30% of our misses.
I am confident we will play great D tonight and force tough shots. If we can limit their second chance opportunities I think we win, but if we let them dominate the offensive glass and continue to get 2nd and 3rd chances as they have all year we are in trouble.
Ryan and DD were outstanding on the defensive rebounding end on Saturday and they along with everyone else will need to do that again tonight. Box out, rebound, and come home to a parade!
