Their staff has probably been the most active staff on the recruiting trail, they've hit up Rikers, Pelican Bay, Leavenworth, Attica, San Quentin etc.

That's BS. If I'm the AAU coach, I never let them recruit one of my kids again. Kid is SOL right now for most places.

Maybe a red flag for recruits of questionable backgrounds. Not like this is the first time that Lyle is being connected with having bad academics. Though, this is unprofessional on the part of Oregon.

I totally agree on Lyle but they are escorting them out in lines right now, not just Lyle is my point.

Still doesn't take away the annoyance of that process last year......but a decent 2nd place prize!

No worries, Nate Miles will be picked up for one of their roster spots.
Lets also not forget Michael Chandler is on this team. Famed for being committed to Xavier, Louisville, the UCF before not qualifying. We were involved at one point until the red flags became too much.

Oh, it's well-oiled allright. Plenty greasy. Problem is they used so much oil elsewhere in the process that they didn't have any left for the admissions people.

What about Jordan Bell? Top 100 guy that wanted UConn but we stopped recruiting him (I think because he hadn't taken the SATs). Ended up at Oregon and should have been a freshman last year. Any word on him?

It essentially is a trimester system. Summer is the fourth quarter. UCLA is on a similar schedule.
