Plays at the Canterbury School here in CT. Just led his AAU team to a 16u NC. Has connections to Kemba Walker. He's a pretty advanced player for his age. And big too, 6'3'' around 190lbs as a sophomore.

Kemba is a spokesperson for his AAU team, the City. He also narrates a TV show that follows Mitchell's AAU team.

Impressive. Could be 6'-4" - 6'-6.5" 200 lbs when he arrives in Storrs, if the stars line up right. John Wall or Kemba?

I sure hope KO is able to overcome the conference issue we have now and pull in a lot of the elite regional (especially in-state) talent. It's too bad the program was in such a mess of late, where we missed out on most if not all the top regional talent (Noel, Dunn, Iverson, Vonleh, Seldon, McCullough, etc.). Not saying we wanted all of them, but a lot of NE talent went elsewhere.

Hopefully KO will begin to protect our turf, as JC used to call it, as well as recruit on a national and international level.

We always used to have to recruit the whole country, with all the talent in Mass and CT. these days we just need to protect the turf.
