As far as I know Fax is still the only official means that recruits can send in their LOI's in all sports. Yes, NCAA still uses Fax.

Molly is expected to sign her LOI tomorrow (Thursday) at Tabor Academy. I suspect since Tabor Academy has 4 players signing D1 LOI's they'll have some type of school ceremony.

Fax, jpeg, fax by e-mail, etc etc...all binary protocol. All same all same. All subject to fakery. Requiring the real McCoy to be snail mailed thereafter? I don't know if that is required.
