Was certainly true here. Too many didn't fully appreciate what we accomplished during HCRE I (as opposed to the abysmal failure that was HCRE II) because it wasn't approaching what we accomplished in hoops.

Put me in the camp had RE stayed after Fiesta Bowl and continued to make bowl games almost every year, UConn fans would have been perfectly fine supporting football and going to games in the fall just to ease their way in to basketball season.

Quinnipiac has $$$ boosters?

The stereotype is that Quinnipiac is where all the rich kids from out of state go who couldn't get into Wesleyan or Yale. Couldn't tell you if it's accurate or not, but that's what kids say.

I'd hazard a guess that the type of student going to QU is not even applying to Wesleyan or Yale, and the kids that really come from money are able to buy their way into a better school.

Is this guy related to Mike Dunleavy?
In a Villanova class with the likes of Randy Foye, Allan Ray, and Curtis Sumpter, Dunleavy appeared in 28 games over his college basketball career and was part of the Wildcats' 2005 Sweet 16 squad. Upon graduation from Villanova, Dunleavy entered the private sector, going to work for Merrill Lynch before accepting a job under Jay Wright in 2010 as the director of basketball operations. Dunleavy climbed the ranks to an assistant coach in 2012, and associate head coach in 2013. In his tenure as an assistant at Villanova, Dunleavy helped the Wildcats to four-straight Big East Conference regular season championships, along with the 2016 national championship team. On March 28, 2017, Dunleavy was named the seventh coach in Quinnipiac history, and third in Division I, replacing Tom Moore.

Dunleavy is the son of former NBA player and coach Mike Dunleavy Sr. His brother Mike Jr. played in the NBA from 2002 to 2017, while his brother, James is an NBA player agent.

Quinnipiac's endowment is closer to UConn's than it should be. Not sure if that says more about Quinnipiac or UConn.

Zags initial tweet made it seem completely different than what he's actually doing.

The General Manager will support William B. Finneran Endowed Men's Head Coach Kyle Neptune and Women's Head Coach Denise Dillon in managing a myriad of responsibilities that impact both programs, including opportunities and education around Name, Image and Likeness; the transfer portal; student-athlete brand-building and marketing; and advancing institutional fundraising in partnership with University Advancement. The General Manager will report directly to the Vice President and Director of Athletics.

I assume this may have been where kimani was during the parade? But it looks like maybe they stayed in house with Pecora?
