Don’t hold your breath. He’s been on record saying Duke is his dream school, and Scheyer offered in May. Signs point to an Oriakhi-style very early commit. I’d prefer that the staff stay laser focused on ‘24… Fland and Jackson please.

Big time talent with a big time reputation. He's on everyone's map. Looks like the usual suspects including the pros have laser-focused on this kid and rightly so. He's a longer leaner contemporary Nadav Henefeld.

This kid is unreal good. Basketball instincts are off the chart. He’s 6’9 now too. He would be beyond an ideal fit for that stretch 4 spot Hurley likes to use. Probably out of our league but I do believe he will go to college.

He has a Maine United teammate who’s another 6’8 white kid who plays kind of similarly you almost get confused watching their games as to which one is which they play them both on the wings. His name slips my mind but I hope we’re involved with him too.

Haven't been able to post since hoophall. I didn't remember this thread or his name before watching him. He is one of the best basketball players I have seen over the years. All boneyard credit here to @UcannUconn, I was very impressed.

Probably. If he plays in college at all. But he's just a sophomore right now so lots of time before he's making decisions.

Nobody is surprised to see the way Flagg is developing, his tools and competitive fire are plainly obvious. What people really want to know is what his next step will be and who he's really interested in for college. Holding offers from Duke, Michigan, UCLA and several others, Flagg would be welcomed with open arms on any campus in America. Getting him to speak about which programs he's in the most contact with or looking to set up visits with is another story. Asked if he has turned his attention to recruiting at all, Flagg is currently choosing not to speak about specific programs and keeps it pretty simple when discussing what he's looking for in a school.
