She needs to go to a team with a chance to win, and with Sylvia retiring Minnesota is a few years away from being a championship

With Ezi coming on Seattle doesn't need a point guard who shoots a lot, Gray would be a good fit. Plum is a scorer, and Seattle already has Stewie, Loyd, and now Ezi who is only 22.

Plum's scoring w/ Vegas isn't exactly stopping Young, Wilson, Gray and Hamby from scoring. She's barely behind Bird in assists per game this season, and that's with sharing PG duties w/ Gray.
