Not 2022, but some UConn targets are visiting Seton Hall for their game against Rutgers; Naas Cunnigham 2024 and Aaron Bradshaw 2023 will be attending

Nate Oats is maybe the best young coach in the country.

SEC booster money isn't hurting either.
If my kid was a guard/shooter, I'd be sending them to Bama right now.

Cole Hawkins Jackson Akok Sanogo? This assumes Martin moves on.
Akok? So I’m watching that stretch last night where he bodied up a guy and got 2 fouls in 30 seconds. Rewound it. He just does not have the body bulk for that defensive position. The kid is trying hard so nothing against him, and it’s not about the previous injury either. Love to have Martin back.

I agree that Akok has a lot of weaknesses in his game, but who else could start if Martin leaves?

akok and samson are the only true PFs on the team next year so it would have to be akok unless we played small ball with AJ at the 4. but then who starts on the wing w/ hawkins?

if martin comes back then we are def playing small: sanogo/martin/aj/hawk/cole

I'd like to see Cole and Martin stay 1 more year and have no idea of the likelihood of that happening. We'll find out soon enough.

Whaley and Polley are definitely gone.

Cole and Martin have an extra year if they want it, but I don’t think anyone can assume they will return. I’m going to enjoy watching them play this year and worry about next year in a few months.
