And what do you think the margin of victory will be.

#2 Texas is 7-0. #11 Tennessee is 9-0.

I'll do a recap of the wisdom of the crowd after the poll closes and disclose the average MOV for both teams.

The game is on ESPN2 at 3:00 p.m. eastern.

A bold prediction the team that scores the most points will win. :)

This is a tough prediction. Neither team has played against top tier competition. Stts are kind of meaningless at this point.

Texas wins. 18 point margin. Texas has a much better backcourt. That's the difference.

Texas should be favored by a lot more then 2.5 to 5. Tennessee is very young and inexperienced so I don't expect them to stay with Texas very long. Texas should easily win by double digits.

Texas by 11. Remember they have the great Rellah Boothe.
Right, what was I thinking? Tx by 60. Wait Rellah Boothe. I thought you said John Wilkes Boothe. Tennessee by 60.

Right now at the beginning of the game Texas refuses to dribble into the paint or box out.

Okay, just returned home from an unplanned family thing.

While there were 100 votes for Texas to win, only 21 offered a MOV and
while there were 21 votes for Tennessee to win, only 3 offered a MOV.

The consensus MOV for a Texas win is 14.
The consensus MOV for a Tennessee win is 4.

Let's watch the orange bowl!

This game is close, not because the teams are so good, but because they are so bad.

I picked Texas to win so misery loves company. That was one of the most painful games I've watched in some time!

Disgusting game; disgusting ending.
Also, disgusting commentary - particularly Andy Landers. I turned it off when he said the the reason for poor play was that the players were distracted by Santa Claus.

I like Texas, but I hope they drop in the polls by 5-10 slots (the former possible, the latter not likely but deserved). They didn't play like they wanted to win, nor like they're a good team. I was looking forward to this game, but was severely disappointed.

Not by Santa Claus, according to Dawn, it was the God.

Okay, I'm going out on the limb and taking Tennessee in the upset over Texas by 5.

That's a very strong limb. Good call Java. Most of us were wrong along with Massey. I was impressed with TN. They didn't wilt under the bright lights or down the stretch.

They also exposed some of the Longhorn's weaknesses.

And their own weaknesses.
