Best for everyone involved to move on. OBJ can go somewhere he's used correctly and Cleveland can move on without the headache
It is not an issue of usage. Not even remotely.

OBJ is not a star anymore. He definitely can be a serviceable receiver when healthy. The issue is OBJ can't deal with being just a piece on a team, he thinks he needs to be the guy. That time, unfortunately for him, has past.

Super Bowl teams are not built around high priced WRs. Let alone ones whose drops have increased over the years, whose production declined and injuries increased in his last two years with the Giants, not to mention the penalties, and the drama and crying and whining. The move to trade Odell was smart at the time the Giants made it. Dumbest thing the Giants did was pay him what they did and then trade him leading to a big dead cap. As a Giants fan I have not missed him for one second, I am sure Browns fans exactly the same way. Let him be someone else's problem.

Put him with a real QB and he will produce. As a Raiders fan, I want no part of him. I would love to see him in Baltimore.

Both Jake Trotter and Aditi K. have revealed in reports today that part of the problem with OBJ was that he freelanced on his routes instead of running the route of the designed play. This led to a lack of confidence and trust from Baker that Odell was gonna be where he was supposed to be. Led to a lot of double clutches and second guessing that led to Baker holding the ball too long and taking sacks. Miscommunications became commonplace. Trotter points out in his article a Denver game a couple years ago where Baker took heat cuz OBJ was open at end of game. Problem was OBJ ran the wrong route and Baker couldn't throw the ball because he didn't know where the rest of Odell's route was going. He was supposed to criss cross with Landry across the middle and instead took the route up the field. The Browns, Baker and Odell are all better off with this split. Bad fit all the way around. Maybe both are better off and both have success. I get OBJ is frustrated. Been a pretty big fall from grace and he is not getting any younger. With that said, the drama(never contacted his QB after his father posted stuff) and also said "come get me" to teams last year. He even kept wearing illegal cleats and was pulled out of the game by refs. Stuff adds up. It's all not worth it for a guy who is injured half the time, drops way too many routine passes, freelances, etc..As a Browns fan I so wanted it to work but enough is enough. Now watch him go somewhere and tear it up. All part of being a Browns fan.

With Brady, of course. Brady turned Antonio Brown into a respectable citizen.

Of course, having Odell and Antonio together is probably a bad idea. Even Brady can only do so much.

Can't happen. I have Evans and Godwin on my FF team...on top of Brown, this would not help.

For those teams that might have interest in claiming Beckham, his stance behind the scenes is clear: The wideout doesn’t want to be selected. He wants to clear waivers and ultimately go to free agency and choose his next destination. If a team selects him off waivers, it will be against Beckham’s wishes, which isn’t going to make for a good union the remainder of this season.

Why would any good team take a chance on this guy?

Raiders make a whole lot of sense
As a Raiders fan, I would much prefer to see Edwards and Renfrow continue to get the targets, Zay Jones too. I want no part of OBJ, none

Odell to the Rams wow.
Very curious about this one. They have so many weapons, they don't need him. Can he handle being one of a whole lot of options...as long as they win? And what does he do in LA? Does he end up shirtless on a yacht like he was in Miami?

I killed Odell when he was in NYG, and wanted him gone. The guy who was on the field yesterday is the odell I want.

I have been hyper critical of him throughout his entire career, but I will say....he's shown me (finally) something as a team player with a "win over stats" mentality this last month. Good for him.

It was the right choice to trade him, that and drafting Andrew Thomas may be the only two things Gettlemen did right in four years.

He will be 30 next year and it is his last chance at a big(ish) payday, he knows that, so kept quite and behaved for 3 months. Will be interesting to see where he goes next year, does he play it smart and take less money for a good situation and stable organization or does he take the pay day and play go to a bad team looking to make a splash.

I cannot believe I am saying, but at this point I would rather see him get a ring then Eli Apple.

He will 1) take the payday and 2) not complete the year for some reason....

Did you notice yesterday, every time he caught the ball, he just went straight down to the ground? Otoh, Kupp (can someone explain how this guy continues to get open??) is all about that yac.

Apple is a jerk. No one has ever said Odell was A bad guy or a bad teammate. Everyone loved Odell. I think Odell’s issues were maturity. Media doomed Odell here .Injuries really detailed him too. What a talent.
