I knew this was the case, but it's really encouraging to see it spelled out: "Newton also got to the free-throw line more than anyone in the league outside of Player of the Year Kendric Davis, and led the league in free-throw percentage, making 87.9% of his attempts."

A play-making guard who can get to the rim, draw contact, and make layups and FTs, is something we've been missing badly.
