I've been tracking teams' progress for a few weeks, and we are down to just 13 teams that have not played 13 D1 games. (The standard may actually be 12 games and non-D1 games may count, so consider this an upper bound.)

All of them are in 1-bid conferences.

The Patriot league has 6 of the 13, and many will cross the threshold so long as their conference tournament games go on as planned. The one team that is unlikely to get to 13 even if it plays all its games is regular season champ Bucknell (8-0).

The only other team that could need a waiver is Big West leader UC Davis (9-1). But they have a game tomorrow plus a conference tournament -- as long as those games are played, they'll have enough.

In addition, Hawaii has played 2 non-D1 games, while IncW and Norf St have played 1.

UC Davis plays Friday and Saturday at Hawaii. So Davis will have 12 and Hawaii 13, after those games. A tournament game for Davis will qualify them, if they win the Big West.

Chicago State, is probably a moot point. They are 0-8 in the WAC and it appears the WAC bracket is showing only 7 teams in the tournament, #1 CBU has a bye.

You are assuming all those games will be played. Sadly, covid cancellations are still happening.

None are in contention for an NCAA berth. A WNIT spot possible for Bucknell but probably not.
