I watch the tour video at night so please don't comment on today's stage 4 race, other than the riding slow and 1 minute stop in protest.. Stage 3 finish was a mess and the riders are not happy. The finish of the route was too fast and narrow for the tour. Caleb Ewan is out. Regarding the crash of Ewan and Sagan, Ewan's front tire hit Tim Merlier's back tire, and Ewan crashed into Sagan. Ewan was at fault but I thought there was some kind of rule about staying in your lane at the finish. Tim Merlier darted to the inside because the road had a bend to the right and that's when Ewan clipped him.
