They only have 5 coaches instead of the usual 10 because Jones left for Tennesee....obviously having a huge impact so far.

Duke is winning playing basic offense like ours they even have a wildcat. Making me wonder if our play calling is the problem. Seems more like execution. Duke running on them right up middle and off tackle.

UC has decided to lay some wood ( the helmet to helmet variety) in the 2nd qtr and just took the lead.

Anyone listen to Tuberville during the third quarter? They talked to him about leaving TTech etc and asked why he'd leave a team in a stable conference fir one in Cincy's situation. He mentioned the investment Cincy is putting in knowing things will change in two years or so. Bottom line, it just made me dread another year of fb under PP. It feels like everyone is trying to better themselves to be in a better spot once realignment happens again except UConn. Very frustrating.

Yeah, heard it. I wrote on the conference realignment board that Cincy is a school that is leaving no stone unturned to get into a better conference.

Where is everybody? BofA Stadium looks about 1/3 full. Maybe 25,000.

I hate to say it but Duke's offense looks pretty good. QB has a good arm and receivers are quick. Interesting play calling (no runs up the middle).

"Belk Bowl executive director Will Webb was pleased with the ticket sales for both Duke and Cincinnati. Duke sold 11,000 of the 12,500 tickets allotted to the athletic department. “Based off of media reports, that’s more than any other ACC team going to a bowl game this year,” Webb said. Duke fans also bought tickets through other outlets, including directly from the Belk Bowl, and Webb said there were over 20,000 Duke fans in attendance. Cincinnati distributed 10,000 of its 12,500 tickets, and Webb estimated that there were 10,000 Bearcats supporters in attendance."

If you could bet against the Boneyard first impression you'd be rich. Games are four quarters someday people will learn.

Wake and UConn definitely put way more fans in the seats.

Where were they all? The place looked barely 1/3 full.

Bank of America seats almost 74k...

Thought we represented well when we went to the Meineke but that is a big stadium to spread out in.

Agreed...I was at that Bowl Game, UConn's, and felt that it was more full than what the Belk Bowl looked like yesterday.
