They could also consider putting in high chairs (similar to the Yard Goats stadium) at the standing room counter tops that are installed around the perimeter of the seating bowl.

Looking at the speakers you would expect a major PA upgrade commensurate with sound technology advances. Hopefully some consideration was given to that aspect. Maybe that will carry over into the streaming broadcast as the last one from ESPN through my home theater totally sucked. Hire a production level sound manager please.

“UConn broke ground on the $70 million on-campus arena in May 2021. The 97,300 square-foot arena will have a capacity of about 2,600, plus standing room.”

The arena is tiny.....Providence arena is 3,000ish......why would we not have built something at least as large?

They changed the view for the interior (exterior) camera. Now looking towards the main entrance end of the rink. The arena looks gorgeous. Very impressive.
