If you look at the last 10 years it's:#1 recruits last five years
UConn 3
Stanford/UCLA 1
SoCal 1
Iowa 0
SCar 0
LSU 0
If you look at the last 10 years it's:
UCONN-6
Stanford-1 (not including Betts)
Baylor-1
UCLA-1
USC-1
Hopefully everyone knows I'm a big Geno fan and so when I say this it's really no disrespect to him or to UConn, but it's pretty wild that UConn has won a total of one championship with any of those 6 #1 recruits on the roster (Lou in 2016), given how much UConn has lapped the field in securing the services of each class's top recruit. If you look at the last 10 years it's:

True, but as we all know, a couple of the most recent #1’s missed more than a seasons worth of games☹️Hopefully everyone knows I'm a big Geno fan and so when I say this it's really no disrespect to him or to UConn, but it's pretty wild that UConn has won a total of one championship with any of those 6 #1 recruits on the roster (Lou in 2016), given how much UConn has lapped the field in securing the services of each class's top recruit.

Along with USCRich getting richer. UCONN/South Carolina/Texas/UCLA are all likely projected to be top 5 teams even without any incoming recruits.
Along with USC
UCLA has some proving to do. One elite 8 appearance this century. No final fours,Rich getting richer. UCONN/South Carolina/Texas/UCLA are all likely projected to be top 5 teams even without any incoming recruits.

State has also signed Swedish 6'6" Forward Tilda Trygger who is ranked 7th globally according to worldexposurereport.com ... I have no idea how reputable that site is or where one could find other rankings of players outside of the US. For reference, they rank Koval who is going to ND 4th. I really don't know what to think about her, but I'm excited just with her size and apparent ability to shoot from the outside. At 6'6" I immediately assume C, but she's listed as a "Wing/Forward". So I'm curious to see how game ready she is as a freshman and how she fits into State's squad.Updated with Strong
Rankings are based on my combo ranks from ESPN, ProspectsNation, and BlueStar. (I havent checked if they've updated them recently.)
