She had some decent teams and actually made the NCAAT in 3 of the 4 years from 2016 to 2019. But things can change very quickly when you have an exodus of transfers. This year Auburn was 5-19 overall, 0-15 SEC.

Her contract was through 2023 so she had two years left on it. 2 years ago the total comp was $425 so I imagine with a pay raise from 2019, she is probably at $450ish. I also think there was a 50% buy out so it cost the school $450k to move on from her.
So much for schools giving a "free pass" to coaches this year.

Really tough for a school to stomach the 0-fer in conference, particularly following some passable performance. And nothing looking up ahead, I gather.

Auburn could have been really solid this year if Benton, Moore, and Hansen didn't transfer. Would have been a nice group with U. Thompson and Honesty Scott Grayson.
Its a major red flag though when you have a max exodus like that. Then turn around and go 0-15 was the icing on the cake, and with U. Thompson career ending, Auburn has an uphill climb the next 2-3 years. Might as well move on and start building now I guess.
Sad thing is White could potentially keep her job by opting out so early, while Flo played on and is out
