Stanford jumped out to a 7-0 lead and then went to sleep. Tara substituting LIBERALLY already in Q1. Game is not over yet. 9-5 1:45 in Q1.

14-7 thru Q1. Not a well played quarter.

Stanford started to pull away, then Cal rallied a bit. 31-21 approaching halftime. Another game where the Card are playing well below their capability.

They are bad, but they've been playing better lately. Ask the Arizona schools.

It might be as simple as Wilson being on the bench w/ 2 fouls most of the 1st half. She's back out there and the Stanford offense is running smooth. Her numbers don't pop out but I think she makes them WAY better when she's on the floor, and it goes beyond her outstanding defense.

Running away now, 49-29. Wilson has her fingerprints all over this.

Oops, score was wrong. Cal has been stuck at 27 for forever. Stanford cranking up the defensive pressure. Looks like Tara lit a fire under them. 56-27.

Brink has been M.IA. since early in Q3. She wasn't hitting shots but she was effecting Cal on defense. Into garbage minutes now so she's probably not coming back into the game. Only logged 12 minutes.

Um...41-8 in the 2nd half. Stanford wins 72-33.
