In the parking lot, yes. In the stadium, no. Had a Sip of Sunshine and Longtrail Vermont IPA.

I follow Beer’d on Twitter and saw your post. And was just curious if there was another HuskyHawk

Well there is @HawkHusky But I'm HuskyHawk here, on Twitter and on Untappd (which is where the Twitter post comes from). Unfortunately it was taken on Reddit.

I had my first Nod Hill beer, Geobunny...this is an awesome IPA. It reminds me of Headway, but I like it better.

I’m enjoying a very tasty beer from Bloomfield called Rakautra, a 7% IPA from Back East brewing. It definitely gets my recommendation!

Spent this last week in Cooperstown NY for my son's 12U baseball tournament. As I was a coach, I did not have much free time; but, I did visit Ommegang and Council Rock (for dinner) and after getting upset in our first playoff game by a team by a club team that seem to have new players versus what they had during pool play, visited the Cooperstown Beverage Exchange on the way to the Hall of Fame yesterday to pick-up some Cooperstown Abner Doubleday whiskey. Council Rock's All American IPA was a good, lighter IPA to have after spending 6 hours playing baseball, 2 hours practicing and 2 days locked away in a barrack with a dozen 12-year old boys. Overall, a good trip.

For those of you planning on the Charleston Classic trip, there is a terrific brewery in Mt Pleasant called Westbrook Brewery. They make the best interpretation of Sour/Gose ever. Try it. There are also two additional flavors, a Lemon/Cucumber Gose and a Key Lime Gose. All three are sprinkled in distribution throughout the Carolinas.

Do me a favor and check the can date on that if you have any left. I can't figure out if there's a new batch or if they just released a bunch of the old batch (that apparently tastes great).

11/14/18.

A friend who has done some consulting with them brought a few different ones over.

Truthfully if it didn't say plum cinnamon you would think it was a regular gose. Nothing is overpowering in the taste.

Loving me some Brick & Feathers (Turner Falls, MA) right now- specifically, an IPA called Half-Light Sunbeam (6.5%). Wow did it go down easy!

Anyone go to the beer garden in Bushnell yet? Great beers, good vibes, not sure about the food.

One Miller Lite per day is a half-assed beer diet. I would have expected better from a professional. Can't he afford a top-tier Beertritionist?

"He was drawn to Miller Lite because, well, that’s what his personal chef bought. "

Besides the point that learning it's Miller Lite derails this thread from a beer interest point, I'd like to know how a personal chef w/o discerning taste buds maintains employment.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

Oh, I cut red meat out, and the best way I can think to supplement the reduction in calories from that is... to drink some crummy 100-calorie beer. And with his size and profession, 100 calories is nothing

Eat a couple fig newtons or a glass of orange juice and you’re there, if you’re really so worried about missing calories
