I've gone to multiple sold out concerts on Fridays in Albany and never had issues with parking. I have no recollection on where I parked. At least once in a parking garage close to arena and bars.

Different parking M-F during the day when people are working. Remember when Hartford hosted the first 2 rounds (was it 1997?)? There was no parking anywhere. It was crazy trying to park and I don't remember Hartford making any plans for parking arrangements or shuttles. But I also wasn't living there then and there was no internet or e-mail so who would know except if you read the Courant.

correct - MVP Arena's parking lot doubles as Albany County employee lot and is typically pretty full during the day. those arriving early should be able to get the lots across the street, but no guarantee

Don't drive over 65 on the Taconic. As a Siena undergrade, it's like Vietnam. Those cops hide and come out of no where.
I’m sure you’re doing math equations to estimate speed and time of arrival.

Is home bench is 106 right? Assuming UConn is home. Going by myself so hoping to score a good single towards the end.

For those of you coming from CT, I suggest avoiding lead foot as soon as you cross the NY border. That stretch of 84 from Brewster to Taconic exit in Fishkill is a brutal, never ending gauntlet of NY state police speed traps. Make sure you’ve got your Waze turned on.

Also… if anyone is hungry and has time to take a detour off the Taconic to Poughkeepsie on the way to Albany, Rossi Rosticceria has the best Italian sandwiches You will ever have. Not hyperbole.

I Googled it and it says to park at the University of Albany. They have a shuttle service and it costs $20 to park (credit card only). It's 7 1/2 miles or about 10 minutes away.

Ended up getting 1 in 107 CC for 200. The whole section immediately when down 40-50 bucks after I did that. Hoping 107 is behind uconn bench per stub hub

Yes, you can find seats in the lower level for $200 or less including fees. Maybe $125 in upper. It shows about 500 tickets available.

Edit: Face value of lower sidelines seems to be $174, so tickets on aftermarket are going for less than face value (before ridiculous fees of $50+).

Lower section behind UConn bench $160 all-in on Vivid and SeatGeek. Base price is about $50 below face value.

Just arrived in Albany an hair before noon and found first story parking in the Quackenbush garage right off the highway.

$25 bucks and just a half mile from the arena and next door to the brewery where the UConn pregame is happening.

Can’t wait so excited!

Fanimals has Section 106 for $138 including fees if anyone decides to go last minute. I actually debated driving there and grabbing an aftermarket ticket at last minute. Gotta figure prices will drop last second before sellers get nothing for their tickets. There are some delusional sellers out there still asking crazy prices.

Got a pair for Sunday for 360 out the door on TM. 100 level in rhe corner. Seatgeek is 500.

Spent early am ticket shopping. Much more expensive than what people were saying for last night. Although it seemed prices steadily dropped as the game got closer. Don't have the patience to wait.

But I'm in!!!! LFG!!!!

How was the crowd last night for those who were there? What was the split of fans? Good UConn turnout?
