1) UConn and Rutgers to the ACC or B1G
2) WVU to the SEC
3) Louisville, Cincy and USF to the B-12 to get them back to 12
4) TCU back to Mountain West and make the the league an AQ. That may entice BYU to back out of independence.
All is solved and everyone is happy. Either ACC has total control of the east coast or the B1G has a northeast presence and PSU is happy. WVU goes where it fits best. The 3 former C-USA team work in the B-12 and the B-12 gets some decent markets and a Florida presence to help recruiting. TCU not left in limbo, Boise and others can't sue the BCS and other schools like Houston, SMU ect could join the MWC if they want to expand.
If only money and Notre Dame didn't come into play things would be so simple.
