I'm mildly interested in the success of the women's program. I'm obsessed with the men's program. The more success on both sides, the better. Legendary coaches on both sides. It's great to be an Alum and fan along for the ride.

Stewart gives us lots of reasons to believe he will be a star. That said, I don't think his game is at all like Caron Butler.

He definitely has the skills to play real minutes somewhere. Hope he lands in a great situation for him.

I graduated 36 years ago. The football team has had 6 winning seasons out of the past 25 seasons. Is that not dreadful? In the last 6 seasons there have been 3 or less wins in 5 of the 6. Abysmal, dreadful, horrible...pick whatever word you like to describe it...it is what it is.

Please, as a UConn Alum it's still not hard to admit that UConn has been dreadful in football for a long time. Just plain horrible, for many years. There hasn't been a single season with a winning record since 2010, and only 6 winning seasons out of the last 25. That's objectively awful.

I think we both see plenty to work with and he has plenty of time to develop. I'm hoping it goes well and we ultimately see him in a UConn uniform.

Strength and focus on becoming a better rebounder and free throw shooter.

Hassan, Karaban, Samson, Jaylen and Solo is a nice core group. Add a couple talented freshmen and 3 good portal pickups and watch Coach Hurley do his thing. Hassan's impact is greater than the numbers. He broke open games regularly this past season in a variety of ways. I like to refer to...

He played like a man as a 10th grader. Always looks to pass if it results in a better shot. Highly athletic. Fully engaged on D. WINNER.

Cooley is a mediocre coach who inherited a mess. It will be awhile before Georgetown is good.

Kid loves UConn and seems talented enough. Watched an EYBL game. The ball doesn't stick with him and he looks to D up immediately. Superstar with lunch pail work ethic. Would be a great get, imo.

Funny, I see Castle differently. Definitely NOT hit or miss, imo.

It is a virtual certainty that Clingan will be a lottery pick. No scouts or coaches are telling Clingan he needs to stay.

To have a guy in Hurley that even begs the question is incredible. I think what Hurley has built/ is building may be more sustainable. JC took the 8/9 game team on a trajectory that few of us would have dreamed of. Co-Goats is fine with me.

My guess is that if Samson learns how to avoid foul trouble he gets minutes at both the 4 and 5. Starters minutes, but in a reserve role.
