More interesting than the actual results are what they seem to imply about player popularity. In that respect, Delle Donne and Diggins would seem to be way out in front, though Maya's numbers also show some separation from the pack.

KML, Lloyd, Shoni, Tiffany Hayes (hasn't played), etc., (even Griner)- vote for your favorite player(s) folk. Why? 'I've always liked her'. To be honest, most of the people listed- especially the top of the group- are concensus, but others are just uncomprehensible. At a minimum, players selected should have been playing, not sitting on the bench, etc.

I think its a mixed bag to vote. I tried to balance players I liked, players from the Merc, and some of the best players in the league with "able to play".

I see Charles, Pondexter, Whalen, Moore, Griner, Dupree, Augustus, Bonner and Delle Donne all in the top group, that I voted for. I knew and expected that Lelani Mitchell wouldn't get a lot of votes (that was my Phoenix fan vote, I've always liked her).
