There's no way UConn will be shipped out to Spokane for the 1st and 2nd rounds, right? It'll be Stanford's #1 seed?

Not a chance. Bridgeport to Kingston all the way, probably even if UConn ends up a #2 seed. Sorry. :(

Haha I figured.. there needs to be a final four in like, Seattle or something! Then again, who the heck would want to go to Seattle in the beginning of April with the disgusting weather lol

Well, they've done the F4 in Philly, St Louis, and Indy, among other places, so I can't imagine the weather in Seattle would be that prohibitive!

Kait - I'm assuming that you don't live in Seattle. I lived there twice and I loved the weather. Consider that the average rainfall for April in Seattle is 2.77" and for Hartford it is 3.88". Annual average for Seattle is significantly less than Hartford.
Cross the Puget Sound and it's a different story. Parts of the Olympic Peninsula get more than 150" a year.

I live in Portland, OR.. I'm usually up in Seattle at least one weekend a month.. Portland is almost just as bad, and though I know NYC gets more rain annually than Seattle, I think it's the constant cloud cover that makes it so stinking depressing! June-beginning of September are great, but other than that meh.. I need me some sunshine.. Portland is the same way.. This fall/winter has been the driest since I've lived here, but it's really truly only nice for 3 months out of the year

Yes, but during those 3 months, the Pacific Northwest is the most beautiful place on the face of this planet.

Completely agreed.. There is no better place to be.. The only thing that's always so weird to me is that when it gets that nice out, I want to go to the coast.. but the coast is like 20 degrees cooler lol.. It's not like the east coast, where the beaches are just as warm as inland

If the opportunity arises take a drive around the Olympic peninsula. The coastline in particular is awesome, as is Olympic National Park. A ferry ride out of Port Angeles will take you to Victoria, BC. my favorite city west of the Mississippi.

I don't know if you are there during a particularly wet spell or if I was there when it was especially dry. I lived in Port Orchard in the 60's and Seattle in the 80's and I just don't remember a whole lot of dismal, rainy days.

I agree about the beaches though, at least along the coast. I have family in Longview and when they come to visit us they always want to head to Misquamicut.
