Unable to watch espn3-need geek help

When I go into espn3.com to watch the Rutgers replay it comes up with "insufficient flash player requirements". It then leads me to download Adobe Flash Player 12. It seems I have all the supporting systems, it indicates download was successful. I then try espn3 again it goes back to saying I need to download it again.
Checked and it's not in downloads. Help

Which browser are you using?

If you're not using Chrome, download that from Google and see what happens.

It does work in Chrome. But the video quality sucks verses IE.

or empty your cache after you've updated flash and you should be fine.
