The semifinal game...4:30 on Sunday and the championship game Monday evening are on ESPN
channels. Is the quarterfinal game at 2:00 on Saturday only on espn3...no TV anywhere?
The SNY folks mentioned on Senior Day that this would be their last game of the year. If it is not being
televised elsewhere, wouldn't they have made an all-out effort to do the quarterfinal game?

Looks like Saturday game only on internet ESPN3. Sunday is ESPNU, if you get it. Monday is on ESPN2.

Blake - SNY didn't get a choice - the conference gave the Tournament to ESPN exclusively.

It's been this way for the last 2-3 years people. Nothing new here.

The conference brings low ratings as a whole, only Uconn games get ratings and only for about a half because of the blowouts. The higher rated game will as usual be Uconn/USF that's what ESPN2 is hoping for on Monday, they have the semis on espnu no ratings really expected.

The conference sold ALL women's basketball rights to ESPN - we are very fortunate that SNY was able to reach an agreement with ESPN to broadcast the regular season games at all. And that negotiation is why SNY lost the streaming rights to all the Uconn games (which they had done prior to the new conference alignment.)

It is a sign of the increased significance of WCBB that the AAC rights deal with ESPN included WCBB as do I believe a few of the other conference rights deals that have been recently negotiated. Prior to the AAC, Uconn and not the BE had exclusive control of their WCBB rights, the situation that existed when SNY outbid CPTV for those rights.
