Found this tidbit on eurobasket.com. It ranked the best players in the top division of the Italian league:

The third best performed player last round was American Jerome Dyson (191-G-87) of second-ranked Enel Brindisi. Dyson scored 24 points. He was a key player of Enel Brindisi, leading his team to a 87-82 win against the lower-ranked Umana VE (#12, 1-3). Enel Brindisi needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 1 lost games. Dyson has a great season in Italy. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 20.8ppg (4th best).

nice to read that about Jerome, wouldn't surprise me if he eventually finds his way back in the NBA. End of the year stats and performances can be misleading for teams out of the playoff race but Jerome played well in his stint with New Orleans a few years ago, keep grinding and he can land somewhere like what Jeff has done.
