The good news is, no mention of Uconn in the article. What a bozo. I was going to say bonehead, but I didn't want to offend anyone.

Maybe that would help. We could be like the big boys.

On a positive note, Blidi did one he'll of a job shutting down the standout rookie Bryant from the Steelers last night on MNF. Got complemented a lot last night and UConn got a few shout outs as well. Good to see him doing so well!

Sio moore with a big night in Oakland's first win.

12 tackles including a huge sack on 3rd and 6 with like 40 seconds left to make it like 4th and 14. That is the good news. The bad news is he and another guy (rookie Khalil Mack??) were then celebrating well behind the line of scrimmage and Alex Smith had the KC O lined up and would have had an easy 5 yard penalty if veteran Raiders DE Justin Tuck hadn't called a last second TO. Saved Sio's bacon. Thankfully, no harm done. But if I'm HC Sparano, I fine or punish Sio and the other celebrator. That's the kind of thing that makes the Raiders as perennially vomit-in-your-mouth bad as they are and it has to end. Kid is a good player, but he really could be great.

The two most famous plays made in the NFL by UConn alums are Dan O's safety and Moore's celebration last night.

At least Sio didn't do a discount double check and tear an ACL.

Whoever cannot appreciate the Lansanah story is a soulless, heartless monster.

Amazing he was able to stay in form with no sort of minor league.

I think adding a legitimate minor league would add so much value to the league in terms of play quality, just not in terms of money.

Do we know of such a person? Why are we lashing out at a straw man that doesn't exist. :)

Will Beatty - OT
Danny Lansannah - OLB
Dwayne "Bubble Gum" Gratz - CB
Blidi Wreh Wilson - CB
Jordan Todman - Return Specialist
Anthony Sherman - FB
