Hardly a surprise that Tammaro is still in the starting lineup. He hasn't done much on offense the last couple of games, but he is still leading the team in on base percentage by a decent margin.

Bottom 1st, Butler batters leadoff with an infield single and a walk off of Coe. A no out single drives in a run, 5-1 UConn.

A no out walk loads the bases. A no out single drives in a run, 5-2 UConn. A no out walk brings in another run, 5-3 UConn. A sac fly makes it 5-4 UConn, runners on the corners.

With 2 out, a double steal brings in a run to tie the game at 5.

This team is hard to figure out at times. So inconsistent. Why do the Big East umps start off every game squeezing the strike zone on pitchers, then by the 6th inning they call pitches a foot off the plate a strike,

Poor 1st inning for Coe, just got to hope UConn offense continues to score runs, and that Coe picks it up after that 1st inning.

Just awful base running by Broadhurst there. Ball hit right in front of him. Ran ourselves right out of an inning that time.

Top 2nd, leadoff hitter Tammaro is hit by a pitch, but is caught trying to steal 2B for the 1st out of the inning. Broadhurst gets a 1 out double. On a ground ball by Morton, Broadhurst is thrown out trying to go to 3B for the 2nd out. Morton steals 2B, but is left on base, a scoreless inning for the UConn offense, game tied at 5.

Especially their weekend starters, that's for sure. UConn depends so much on their performance.
