Correct. I am an economic liberal but big government Democrats would never know that I consider them the worse evil mankind's ever known. The good that could be done by government and the goodwill of the populace are squandered on a clusterfrak of civil service, non-profits, appointees, and politicans that I don't consider fit to crap on my lawn without screwing it up. There needs to be an incentive for uncovering Fraud, and disincentive for committing it. If you paid someone 10% of the Fraud they uncover, it would still be worth it. And you might scare some potential Fraudsters away if they thought there was a price to pay for getting caught.
