I think I know who will win.

A 10-player list? Hmmm. That is a reasonable proxy for the 10-player All-American teams. I sure hope that Morgan lands on one of those.

Obviously, Stewie will win but I don't get Tiffany Mitchell as a finalist at all. I thought she was borderline for the top ten. This is her statline (on a team with several other good options, so she does not have to take many bad shots).

15.0 ppg, 41.4% FG%, 35.2 3FG%, 82.9 FT%, 2.8 rpg, 81 assists, 78 turnovers (1.03 ratio), 56 steals

Kelsey Mitchell:
25.7 ppg, 46.0 FG%, 40.2 3FG%, 85.1 FT%, 3.2 rpg, 102 assists, 95 turnovers (1.07 ratio), 54 steals

Rachel Banham:
27.6 ppg, 45.6 FG%, 39.9 3FG%, 85.6 FT%, 6.0 rpg, 120 assists, 96 turnovers (1.25 ratio), 61 steals

Both Banham and Kelsey Mitchell score way more points while also shooting more efficiently and dishing out more assists. I can see dinging Banham for her team's lack of success but that argument doesn't work on Kelsey Mitchell. And if you're going to argue that Mitchell makes it because of her team's success, then where's the love for ND?

Madison Cable:
13.7 ppg, 50.2 FG%, 47.6 3FG%, 83.8 FT%, 5.6 rpg, 47 assists, 32 turnovers (1.47 ratio), 59 steals

Honestly, I think Cable's numbers are just as good as Tiffany Mitchell's are. This is just a product of lazy voting based on reputation. Tiffany Mitchell is a fine player but I think (this year) she is the most overrated player in wcbb.

Let me add that I don't think Nina Davis or Tiffany Mitchell should be a part of the 10 team all America squad. They are getting it based on name recognition alone. Alexis Jones and Niya Johnson are far more deserving candidates out of Baylor and frankly Aja Wilson is the only Gamecock I would have on the list.
