Strengths:
Sampson has all the physical traits to be a elite transition he can attack the rim and throw down the tomahawk dunk or nail the pull-up jump shot. He shows deep three point range and he can help at the point with his ability to drive draw and kick pass and start the halfcourt offense. Sampson has excellent length and excellent all around skill. Due to his size and skill set he should start being recognized as a Top 30 recruit for his class.

Weaknesses:
Sampson will need to add strength and continue to stay in attack mode throughout the game because he has the size, length and skill to be productive at a high level if he does so. On defense he will have to stay engaged especially on the ball and close out under control in order to improve on the defensive end of the floor.

Bottom Line:
Sampson is a skill shooting guard that has excellent length. He can score, pass and handle the ball and is a high major wing with great upside.
