Delle Donne gets a block, Syl scores on the other end, score is 12 - 9 Chicago

Neither team is shooting well early...points seem better earned in the paint by the bigs

Zellous ties it up on a banked shot at the end of the shot clock.

Game tied at 14, time out

hmmmm....was that a FOUL? really? If so, it was a reach in with her fingertips....moving along...

Game is tied at 16 with Indiana shooting two (Howard) at the end of the quarter Indiana leads 16 - 14.

this game does not at this time appear to have the intensity that the Lynx/Mercury game had yesterday IMO.

Big Syl commits her 2nd foul...non shooting foul several seconds into the quarter...score is 20 - 16, and Catch shoots and makes a 2, answered by EDD her first 2 points.

Epip is at the line..shoots and makes both, score is 24 - 20, her first two points.

She is 0 - 6 so far this game.

Uh-oh...and commits a foul on the other end.

Apparently this has not been a good series for her thus far, I don't know, I didn't see the first game....

Zellous sinks a three and the Fever has a 9 point lead.
Chicago cannot buy a basket. Finally a chance to score from the free throw line.

Great D by Chicago, shot clock violation, Larkins is fouled for an an' 1. Makes it

Great D again forces a turnover but Chicago cannot score. Gee whiz, Vandersloot should pass the ball BEFORE she gets into trouble and has to throw up a prayer which doesn't go in. She has done that a couple a times already.

See? You triple team Catch and she passes the ball to the open player who scores. I get it.

Score is 36 - 23 Indiana with 3:20 to go in the half.

Zellous heaves a shot and gets a foul. Indiana is having a lot of success in the paint today.

under a minute....Piph has the ball, and basically Chicago is just standing still while she dribbles it around. Perhaps they haven't had time to get the kinks out of their offense given that they have been at full strength for only a short time.

Chicago appears aggressive on the d, but disorganized on offense. Piph makes both

You know, compared to yesterday's game, this one is a snore....sorry Chicago and Fever fans...

thanks...but this game is hard to watch...hoping Chicago gets it together in the second half with better decision making on the offensive end, and their shots start falling. Indiana seems to be playing well, and getting some of the calls.

It's an 8 point game, so really anything can happen.

Chicago seems to like to start slow...sure that's not it, but when they get over it they should be very competitive...they've proven they are never out of it...
