I'd put him on the back burner but if he could be a consolation prize to our top targets I'd say go for it instead of allowing scholarships to rot on the vine. Another big body in practice couldn't hurt if anything.

And if you go back to his sophomore year, he had 13 (4 of 10, 5 of 5) and 15 against Vanderbilt, and 14 (7 of 10) and 6 against Duke.

I think this is a really important, under-discussed issue.

Our bigs have failed to develop the way we were used to seeing. Consider this contrast:

In the mid-2000's, Hilton Armstrong practiced against Emeka Okafor, Charlie Villanueva, and Josh Boone. Of course his game was going to improve being tested against those guys.

Now, Brimah has to "best" Nolan, Facey, and Lubin. Not hard to do.

Im too lazy to look up stats but Harvard and Yale were better than the whole bottom half of the AAC so maybe look at those games.

I would not say that they wer better. I had better records. I am sure the season would have been a spilt with some of the bottom teams. Both Yale and Harvard had some bad losses. At any rate I am with you. Bring the guy in and I am sure he will bring experience. If he knows how to use his size affectively, well be better.

Miller, who missed last season after shoulder surgery, is in the curious position of having a year of eligibility left but not being able to use it at Cornell. An Ivy League rule forbids the participation of graduate students, so Miller will essentially be a free agent come his graduation in May.

he has to transfer because Ivey League schools give you only 8 semesters as a student. Which is why an injured football player will withdraw from school.. Rather than use up semesters being injured.

People knowing when to make the plays that need to be made. When not to foul, when to attack a defender and draw a foul. We're definitely lacking there. Hope the coaches can bring him here, nobody needs him more.
