"The Shot" by BAZZ that changes the whole season. 1 shot and 1 continued dream ready to salsa to New Orleans! The drama behind this basket could be the catalyst to make the run we have all been waiting for! We all can finally feel the adreneline!

If they had a trophy for the same old song and dance year after year Syracuse would be the best team of all time. Do well all season, then first to second round exit. Time to show these guys how to play ball.

I'm heading up with a few friends (fellow alumni), we got a block of rooms at the hotel. Where do any of you current/recent grads think, outside of Gampel, the best place to watch will be? Ted's, Huskies or Civic...err, Thirsty Dog?

    If you were 6' 6" 250, you wouldn't have a problem.

Will be wearing my (white) emeka throwback, and blue and white face paint.

My girl joked about wearing orange to the game...closest I've ever come to hitting a woman.

Just found out a buddy of mine has tickets and we are going this Saturday night. I'm kind of depressed though - this will be my first time ever not sitting in the student section since I graduated 3 years ago. Are the old wealthy people who just go for the novelty of it or the middle-aged people with their kids going to give me a hard time when I stand the whole game? Is it ok to hit an elderly person in that situation? What about the child who complains that they can't see over me while I stand up? Is it against basketball game etiquette to smack the kid? Or should I just offer to let the kid sit on my shoulders? I need advice on how to deal with this.

Whoever gives you trouble, just wait until a timeout, then point at the child/old person and yell "SYRACUSE FAN! GET HIM!!!" It would help if you can smuggle in some orange paint to cover the offender right before the point and shout.

I was at the BET 6OT thriller with some fellow alums. We were sitting in the upper section at MSG probably about halfway up and when the game was in the first OT we started standing. The elderly crowd behind us did not approve so we sat back down. Once it got to the third OT we told them to shut it and we stood the rest of the way.
