I caught the PAC 12 Network special on the women. Some good stuff.

Panelists seem to think the top 3 are right but UCLA might have been slighted. Guess we will see how it plays out.

I'm not sold on Maryland. They may very well win the B1G but I think losing Lexie Brown is a bigger deal than the coaches do I guess.

I think tOSU will be much improved.

Baylor is the clear favorite in the B12 as they should be and maybe a FF team as well.

Maryland is actually stronger in the front court with the additions of Kiah Gillespie and Brianna Fraser. (they lost no one in the front court). At the 2G spot we have Shatori Walker-Kimbrough who is an honorable mention All-American. So that leaves the PG position. If you saw the Sweet 16 game against Duke, Lexie Brown was terrible. Brenda had to bench her. But Brene did an excellent job and we have capable depth with senior Chloe Pavlech and sophomore Kristen Confroy. I think the Lexie Brown transfer is way overblown but it does hurt Maryland quest to reach a third straight Final 4. I'm looking more of an Elite 8 for them.
