Some big games today.

Durr had a 21 point, 11 rebound performance.

Megan Walker had 18 points (7-12, 3-3 from three), 7 rebounds in one game.

Erin Boley had a 23 point, 6 rebound game on 9-17 shooting (3-5 from three)

Boykin had 8 points and 13 boards.

How about these stat lines for Lauren Cox:

19 points (7-14, 5-6 FT), 16 rebounds, 5 assists

11 points (5-12), 9 rebounds, 7 assists

They don't keep block stats but you can bet she had a slew of them as well.

UConn was one of many schools watching the Texas United (Cox) - Boo Williams (Walker) game Monday.

Coach John Lucas ‏@CoachJohnLucas1
With UCONN, Maryland, TN, Alabama, TX, VA, NC, SC, Clemson & more watching you swear it was Team TX boys vs BWSL. Much respect 2 the girls.

Sure they do! Over the first 2 days of the tournament, she had 3 blocks vs. Cal Swish and Boo Williams, 5 blocks vs. Fairfax Stars, and 2 blocks against Tree of Hope.

To see the detailed stats (minutes, blocks, turnovers, +/-, etc.), go to the link MarieYLee provided (LINK), click on the game to view, and then press the "HOME BOX" or "VISITOR BOX" (or just type "H" or "V"). If you need to change the date to see games from previous days, click on the "i" tab (upper left) and then use the arrow buttons in the drop-down window.

Thanks. Not sure how I missed that.

You must be pretty excited about Patberg. She's getting a lot of high marks and had a great statistical game yesterday.

I'm very excited. She is new to this AAU team but she is still a vital cog. She is not flashy but has a very high BB IQ, being a coach's daughter and all. She passes very well, plays good defense (rare for a HS player) and that makes her a great teammate. I'm looking forward to seeing her after Muffet and crew get some time with her.

The Nike Nationals have ended. Cal-Storm Team Taurasi was the overall winner. Somehow just having the name Taurasi almost assures victory.

The Georgia Pistols lost their final game today but Asia Durr finished with 21 points (9-13 FG), 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 blocks.

Texas United won both their games today giving them the Silver Division title.

Lauren Cox' stat lines:

23 points (8-10 FG, 6-6 FT), 11 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 block, 2 steals, in just 24 minutes

26 points (10-19 FG, 6-7 FT), 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks, in 31 minutes

A bit late but here are some observations from the Nike Nationals via FullCourt:

Megan Walker, 6-1, small forward, 2017, BWSL 16U (Chesterfield, Va.)
Walker helped her BWSL team to the quarterfinals of the championship bracket after finishing first in its pool. Walker is a young perimeter player with size, and her game demonstrates maturity and versatility beyond her years; she is already being targeted as one of the top recruits in the 2017 class. She was recently profiled by Full Court in our article on Montgomery's Capital Cool event in the beginning of June.

Lauren Cox, 6-4, center, 2016, Texas United Nike Elite (Flower Mound, Texas)
Cox appeared to be in better shape than when last seen in April when she did not run the court as well. Here, her game was in top form with one high quality performance after another. She is very well skilled around the basket, and also showed a nice in-key face-up shot and an ability to help others get looks with her passing (3.9 assists per game). For the event, she averaged a near-double-double of 19.6 points per game (second overall) and 9.0 rebounds per game. Finally, she helped her team win the Silver Division (third and fourth-place finishing pool teams; competition for fifth and sixth-place finishers ended after pool play). Ranked in the top five in the 2016 class, Cox has not yet narrowed down a list of colleges.
