The animosity is toward the fans....not FSU in general. A vast majority of them on the mesage boards want L'ville over Uconn due to their "superior" football program. Bottom line is whether it is Uconn, Syracuse, Pitt or L'Ville - NONE of those programs is a big time football program that will keep the FSU or Clemsons in the ACC. And we want to remind those three programs that since Uconn moved into the Big East (no tradition, no famous football alumni, no nothing) we are 15-11 against them. They are afraid of what Uconn can become given the time and even footing.

Our football program has done plenty. Just about all FBS (and FCS) athletic departments were built on the backs of football programs.

We have the #1 all-time rushing TD scorer for the first NFL champion in New England, if that helps.
