If one was generous enough to assume that FLOTUS was simply tone deaf to the economic distress of the nation's citizenry, then one could have forgiven the first 1/2 dozen or so exotic vacations she's taken on the taxpayer's dime. But ever since her obsession for excessive grandiosity of vacations and parties became a public issue, she's upped the ante. Fresh off a recent food tour where she dictated to the military and public schools what she will allow everyone to eat, she's off to the slopes in Aspen. For the record, this is her 16th vacation in her 3 years of free loading at the WH. That's 5-1/3 vacations per year! When's the last time any Cesspoolers had 5 vacations, or even 4 vacations, or even 3 vacations, or perhaps even 2 vacations in any single year? That wasn't a wave Michelle gave from her waiting jet, it was her middle finger:

With the economy on its knees, many American families have had to forgo their annual holiday just to make ends meet.

But barely a month after returning from a luxury Christmas break in Hawaii Michelle Obama is on holiday again - this time at the exclusive Colorado ski resort of Aspen.

The First Lady Michelle Obama is spending Presidents' Day weekend in the upmarket resort with her daughters, Sasha and Malia, and was seen hitting the slopes - albeit apprehensively - on Saturday.

Doesn't ANYONE feel it odd that The Daily Mail covers this outrage more aggressively than our own (well, BHO's own) MSM.

And the next time someone suggest Bush 43 took a lot of time off, we'll buy the Obama's some brush heavy property in Texas.

Has any First Lady in history ever been subjected to the vicious hate of the right wing in the last three years? That's the outrage.

It shows the kind of scum you are to attack the First Lady. Replicant is the one giving the finger to the United States of America. Why don't you go crawl back under your rock, you slimy racist creep.

I'd like to see things from your point-of-view, but I can't get my head that far up my a$$.

Liberals used to make this kind of attack on President Bush all the time. That he vacationed too much, etc. It's a total distraction. Do you think these people get real vacations? Do you think Obama or Bush actually sat around at Camp David, not taking phone calls? Do you ever really think these people get time off, from the office, from the media, from the pundits?

Replicant is only repeating what he heard from his conservative talk show hosts. I guarantee you before today he hasn't had a single thought in his brain about how much time Laura Bush spent on vacation because it doesn't matter to him. The only thing matters is making liberals look bad. If you start with the conclusion, it's always easy to find something to back it up.

Most historians have given Marie Antoinette's frivolous and superficial lifestyle credit for being the "final straw" that launched the French Revolution, as the symbol of the disconnect between the economic despair of the French citizenry and the decadent lifestyles of the ruling class. Fast forward to FLOTUS doing her best Marie Antoinette impersonation on U.S. taxpayer's dime in full-on bougie mode.

The First Lady is a largely ceremonial position, they typically try to promote positive non-politically charged causes; the position is unpaid; historically they have not been subject to political attack, until now. Remember Laura Bush promoted childhood literacy among other things. I don't recall her being chastised in the media.

Please attack the President and his policies, it's politics. The First Lady is not involved; you really just make yourself look like a nut job when you attack her.

Fresh off Aspen's trendy ski slopes and her 16th exotic vacation in the past 3 years, Michelle Obama - aka Marie Antoinette - aka FLOTUS attends $10,000/seat campaign luncheon and has the balls to rap the rich in a speech sure to make one puke from the stench of hypocrisy:

First lady Michelle Obama has joined her husband's bandwagon to hit the rich and spread the wealth, questioning how well-off families can feel good if others are struggling.

To about 300 supporters wealthy enough to pay $300-$10,000 to attend the mid-day event, the first lady said, "If a family in this country is struggling, we cannot be satisfied with our own families' good fortune."

She also rapped the rich, as has her husband. "Who do we want to be?" Obama asked. "Will we be a country where success is limited to the few at the top? This country is strongest when we are all better off."

Fundraising in Cincinnati, Ohio as her husband raised cash in Florida, she also said that the change President Obama offered in 2008 "does not come easy." And she added, "change is slow, but we will get there," according to a pool report of the event.

Replicant has opened the conservative playbook.

Said something really stupid and people are calling me on it, what does conservative playbook say. Stupid remarks .. there it is, "DOUBLE DOWN - NEVER ADMIT YOU WERE WRONG, INSTEAD take the really dumb thing you said and say it again with real meaning and nonsensical examples. See: Gingrich remarks on Hispanics, calling the President "The Food Stamp President", Romney's claim to creating jobs through voluture capitalism, Romney's claim the auto bailout was a mistake, Santorum's claim on phony theology and questioning the President's faith. Insisting taxes were lower under Reagan then under the current administration etc..."

"Warning - works well with base but generally angers the remaining 75% of the public."

Alinsky's Rules for Radicals #5 . "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage."

    Whos' using their playbook?

A complete misunderstanding of what Alinsky meant but that is to be expected from an ignoramous.

Thanks for proving my point, again!

Is it even possible for you to post WITHOUT using ridicule? I don't think so...
